How to Create Development Actions for the People Review

How to Set Up Development Actions in the People Review Module (Examples: Training, Salary Increase, Transfer, Promotion)

From the Configuration > People Review > Actions menu, you can create actions to propose during your upcoming People Review campaign. After clicking the + "Create a new action" button, the following modal will open.

Enter a title for your action (e.g., "Training required," "Mobility request," etc.), select the color to use for this action, and then click + "Confirm" to create the action.
