Can a Manager Access the Profiles of Employees Not Under Their Direct Supervision?
From the "My Team" section in the manager's area, a hierarchical supervisor can access the Profile of employees under their direct or indirect supervision.
A manager can access the profiles of their N-2, N-3, and so on, provided that this hierarchical relationship is correctly recorded in the employee database imported into Skillup.
