Unable to Create a Collaborator

An error message appears when you attempt to create a user in Skillup who already exists.

Sometimes, when creating a collaborator in Skillup, the following error message appears at the bottom right of the screen, preventing the creation:

impossible creation

This means that the collaborator already exists in your Skillup database. Since a collaborator cannot exist in duplicate, you will need to reactivate them so that they appear in your list of collaborators and can access Skillup.

Here's how to reactivate a collaborator:

From your Manager Space, go to the Configuration > Platform Administration > Connection Mode section.

Search for the collaborator to reactivate by entering their name in the search engine or by filtering the table.

The collaborator will then appear with the connection type marked as "Deactivated".

Click on the three small dots to the right of the line to access the action button "+ Restore access to Skillup".
