The various stages of setting up a People Review campaign.
From the Ongoing Campaigns page, click the + "New Campaign" button at the top right of your screen.
The campaign creation workflow consists of several steps:
Step 1: Title, Template, and Type of Campaign
In this step, you need to give your campaign a name and choose the campaign template to use.
If the campaign includes a preparation phase by the managers, toggle the button as needed.
Step 2: Selection of Participants
In this step, you must select the employees to be reviewed during the campaign, along with the managers who will oversee the preparation (if the option was enabled in the previous step).
You can click the Download a file template link to download a CSV file containing the expected structure for uploading (a column with the employee's email, and if a manager preparation phase is planned: the email of the manager in charge of the employee's People Review).
Complete and import the file.
Step 3: Selection of Administrators
In this step, you must select the administrators from the HR team who will be involved in monitoring this campaign. You can assign roles such as coordinator and observer.
Step 4: Manager Preparation (subject to activation in step 1)
In this step, you must set a deadline for preparation. This date is when you would like the managers to have shared their preparation. You should also draft an accompanying message for the managers, which they will see upon entering the preparation interface.
Example:
"Dear Managers,
We are launching our annual personnel review period to assess performance, identify underutilized talents, and address any signs of disengagement. Please provide constructive feedback on achievements and contribute to maximizing the potential of each of your employees.
Your involvement is crucial to the success of this process.
Your HR team."
This step allows you to validate the configuration elements selected during the campaign creation workflow.
⚠️ The creation of a campaign does not trigger the sending of any notification emails. Managers will be notified once the campaign is launched. Refer to this help center article for more information on starting the campaign.
