Register a Colleague for a "No Session" Training

Case of lines displayed 'without session' in the 'To Register' tab of your training plan.

If you see lines marked as "without session" in the "To Enroll" tab of your training plan:

  • Case 1: This is an in-house training linked to one of your Programs :

You will need to create one or more sessions linked to the Program to enroll the employee. To create a session, feel free to consult our article.

As soon as at least one session has been created, the line will display with the status "with session". You can then enroll the employee or invite them to enroll.

  • Case 2: This is a training linked to a Program from the Skillup catalog:

The session dates linked to the Programs in the Skillup catalog are automatically updated according to the dates displayed by Skillup's partner training organizations. If a line is displayed as "without session", this may mean:

a- Either that the organization offers the training only in-house and therefore does not offer inter-company training dates. In this case, you can choose to reassign the line to an equivalent program offered by a provider or request a quote from the organization for organizing the training in-house (or individually) using the "+ Request an in-house quote" button available on the program page.

b- Or that it is an individual training (for example, language training or E-learning) for which the schedule will be decided by the employee. In this case, we recommend notifying your designated Skillup contact, who can manage the line registration and forward the enrollment to the training organization.

 

💡 A specific note for individual training: If the line displayed without session is an individual training (e.g., language training or E-learning), you can notify your designated Skillup contact or our Support, who can manage the line registration and forward the enrollment to the training organization.
