# Customizing Invitation Emails

## Even if participants are invited to a training session through Skillup, you can personalize the email that is sent to them.

Managing invitations is done within the **Sessions** section of your **Manager Area**. Select the relevant line to display the sidebar that contains the list of participants sorted by status and associated actions. If there are participants with the status **registered but not invited**, you can then click on the yellow button **"+ Invite to the session"**.

Select the option **Invite to the session via Skillup** and then click the **"+ Continue"** button.

You will then access the invitation email, which you can personalize along with its subject. The email automatically includes all the details specified in the session. To the right of the email, you can select different parameters:

- **Include a calendar invitation:** You will be able to modify the invitation times in the next step. If the session spans multiple time slots, a calendar invitation will be sent for each slot.
- **Send an information email to the trainees' managers:** To inform them of the location, date, and times of the session for the member(s) of their team
- **Receive a summary email containing the invitation:** You will receive an email with the session information
- Add an attachment

A confirmation window will appear to confirm the sending of the email and calendar invitations if the option has been selected.
