# Create an In-House Training Session

## Create all the training dates in Skillup and manage registrations via the Sessions section in your Manager space.

In the **Training \> Sessions** section of your **Manager Space**, click the yellow **"+ Create a session"** button at the top right of the screen, and fill in the information on the screen that appears:

**Step 1: Choose the program**

The programs available in the dropdown menu must first be created in the **Training \> Programs** section of your **Manager Space**.

**Step 2: Complete the session information**

Here are a few tips to complete these fields:

- Dates can include time slots on a single day, or span multiple consecutive or non-consecutive days. All specified dates correspond to a single session; you must create multiple sessions if offering multiple date options to participants.
- If choosing "session price," the amount displayed in the plan corresponds to this price divided by the number of participants in the session.
- Maximum number of participants: Once this number is reached, participants will no longer be able to enroll in the session if you have allowed them to register. However, as the Manager, you have the option to add additional participants.

**Step 3: Choose the session parameters**

Finally, you can select:

- The relevant scopes for this session, if scopes have been set up for your company.
- The trainers for this session. These people must be part of the employee database.
- The option to generate evaluations or not. This box is checked by default, meaning that the day after the training ends, an email notification will be sent to participants to complete the immediate feedback form. You can track these evaluations in the "Evaluations" tab of your Manager Space. If you uncheck this box, the evaluation will not be requested from participants.

By clicking the **"+ Create the session"** button, a new entry will be created on the **Sessions** page.
