It is possible to add to the Plan a list of participants who have completed the same training.
💡 Attention: For the action to be possible, team members must have completed the same training (same title, same organization, same duration, same mode, same start and end dates).
To add to your Plan a list of participants who have completed the same training:
- From your Manager View, go to the Training > Training Plan section.
- Click on "+ Add a line to the plan"
- Since the session has already been completed, you will need to choose the option "External Program"
- Fill in the training information to proceed to the next step
- Select the option "Registered/Completed" to set the dates and location of the completed training to proceed to the next step
- In the trainee addition modal, select "+ Import from a file"
- Select the file to upload to load the list of trainees to register.
💡 File Format: The Excel file to be uploaded for adding a list of participants must contain only one column with the email addresses of the team members to be registered (one email address per cell).
For participant addition to work:
- The team member must already exist in Skillup.
- The email contained in the file must exactly match the email recorded in the Skillup database and not contain any capital letters.
*If team members do not have an email address, you will need to load the value from the "email" column of your team member database exported from Skillup.
To avoid any errors, we recommend creating the file from the database exported from Skillup (see the corresponding article).
