Documents related to a training session can be added in two different locations within Skillup.
In your Manager's Space, depending on the type of training (internal or external) and the document, the process for adding it will differ:
If the session is internal
- In the Training Plan > Sessions tab, click on the relevant session to display the side panel. At the bottom, you can see the documents already attached and add new ones by clicking on "+ Manage Documents".
💡Note: The documents added in this way will be duplicated in each of the plan lines associated with this session.
- If the document concerns only one employee (for example, a training certificate), go to the Training Plan section of your Manager's Space and click on the relevant plan line. In the side panel, then click on the Documents tab to add files there.
If the session is external
There will not be an associated session in the Sessions tab, so all documents must be added to the plan or collection using the procedure described above.
💡Note: Documents can be added at any time in the side panel of a collection line, the plan, or the Sessions tab, regardless of the status of the line.
