Follow-ups with staff and managers who have not completed their interviews.

Automated reminders are set by default to notify your colleagues and managers about the upcoming deadline for signing their evaluations.

These automatic reminders are sent on the following deadlines, if and only if they have not signed the interview:

  • 14 days before the end date of the campaign
  • 7 days before the end date of the campaign
  • The day before the end date of the campaign
  • The day after the end date of the campaign

You can choose to disable these notifications at the time of creating the campaign, or once the campaign is created, by going to the Interviews > Interview Tracking page, then clicking on the three little dots to the right of your campaign > Notification Settings.

You can enable or disable the desired automatic reminders.

The reminders will be sent to all participants (employees and interview managers) who have not signed their ongoing interviews. From these notification emails, they can request not to be reminded again.
