# What data can managers access in an employee's profile?

## Employees designated as hierarchical supervisors have access, from their Manager space, to a section called "My Team," where they can view the profiles of the team members under their supervision.

Below, depending on the modules you have subscribed to, are the data accessible by supervisors when they view the "Profile" page of an employee under their supervision:

#### **By Default:**

- **Basic Employee Information:** *Before customization, the visible data are as follows (a data point must be entered in the system to be displayed):* 
    - *Email*
    - *Position*
    - *Manager*
    - *Date of Entry*
    - *Department*
    - *Service*
    - *Contract*

*💡 We encourage you to contact your designated representative to modify the list of displayed fields.*

#### **For the Interviews Module:**

- **Interview History** conducted by the employee

*\> Interviews for which they are (or have been) responsible are directly accessible via a redirect link. They can download other interviews in PDF format. Interviews from confidential campaigns are, of course, not displayed.*

- **The Last Evaluated Objectives** of the employee
- **Training History** of the employee that you have imported, if applicable

#### **For the Training Module:**

- **Training History** of the employee

#### **For the Skills Module:**

- **Job Description** of the employee
- **The Latest Skills Assessment** of the employee (note: this feature will be available soon)

#### **For the People Review Module:**

- **The Latest People Review Assessment** (if shared by the coordinator at the end of the campaign)
- **People Review History** (again, only for shared campaigns)

*\> People Reviews for which the manager was in charge of preparation will be accessible via a redirect link*

- **Position & Salary History** of the employee that you have imported, if applicable (optional)
- **Bonus or Incentive History** of the employee that you have imported, if applicable (optional)
