What are the Roles and Possible Actions for Coordinators, Observers, and Managers in the People Review?

In a People Review campaign, Users, Leaders, and Managers have different roles and responsibilities.

The roles described below are assigned when launching the People Review campaign:

  • The coordinators can view and modify the People Review values. They can also close the campaign.
  • The observers can view the evaluations and actions within the People Review, but cannot make any changes.
  • The managers, if you have selected the manager preparation option in your campaign, can evaluate their team members based on the chosen evaluation criteria, suggest development actions, and add freeform comments.
