My team members are not up to date, what should I do?

Even after the launch of the interview campaign, your HR department can modify the participants associated with it.

HR team members in your company, who have a Responsible role on Skillup, can modify the evaluator of the interview. You can make this request directly to them. The requests depend on your situation:

  • If an interview for a colleague who is not in your team is assigned to you: the HR team will then change the evaluator of the interview, and you will no longer see it in the Interviews section of your Skillup account.
  • If an interview for a colleague from your team is missing: the HR team will assign you as the evaluator for the relevant colleague’s interview. You will then see the interview appear in the "In Preparation" column of the Interviews section of your Skillup account and will also be notified by email.

💡Note: if your team members are not up to date even outside an interview campaign, you will also need to contact your HR team to update the necessary information in Skillup.
