The "My Team" section of the Manager's area allows hierarchical managers to access the profiles of employees under their direct or indirect supervision.
From the "My Team" section, managers can:
- View the list of employees under their direct or indirect supervision
- Access the profiles of their employees, which contain the main information stored in Skillup for each individual
Depending on the modules to which you are subscribed, managers can view in the expanded profile:
By default:
- The employee database information you choose to display
For the Interviews module:
- The interview history conducted by the employees
- The last evaluated objectives of the employee
- The training history of the employee that you have imported, if applicable
For the Training module:
- The training history of the employee
For the Skills module:
- The job description of the employee
- The latest skills evaluation of the employee (note: this feature will be available soon)
For the People Review module:
- The latest People Review evaluation (if shared by the coordinator at the end of the campaign)
- The People Reviews history (again, only for shared campaigns)
- The history of positions & salaries of the employee that you have imported, if applicable (optional)
- The bonus or incentive history of the employee that you have imported, if applicable (optional)
⚠️ Important: Access to this information will be determined by the hierarchy defined in the employee database (N+1, N+2, N+3…). Ensure that this structure is correctly updated to guarantee proper access management.
