Once at least two Plans have been created for your company, you can move the items from one Plan to another.
A line can be moved to another plan from the Training Plan or Needs Collection tab.
The moved line will appear in the destination plan with the same status it had in the original plan (so a line with the status "to enroll" in Plan A will appear as "to enroll" in Plan B; a request with the status "Pending manager approval" in Collection A will appear as "Pending manager approval"...)
To do this, click on the relevant line. In the right-hand side panel, select "+ Move to another plan" from the Other actions dropdown menu.
💡Note: if several lines need to be moved to the same plan, you can check them off and select the same action "+ Move to another plan" in the right-hand side panel.
