As a manager, you can directly communicate a training requirement for one or more members of your team to your HR department.
In the Training section of your Manager Space, click on the "+ Raise a Need" button at the top right of your screen.
In the window that appears, select the employee(s) concerned with this raised need.
Then choose the relevant training, complete the remaining necessary fields, and click on the "+ Validate" button.
💡Note: The requests will appear in the Requests History table with the status "Pending HR Validation". The status will automatically change once the HR team reviews it.
