How to Assign a Job Description to an Employee?

To associate a job description with a team member:

Go to the Skills > Reference Frameworks > Team Members section.


You can assign a job description to several team members simultaneously by selecting the rows of the corresponding team members.

The settings icon allows you to add additional columns by integrating fields from your team member database and to sort your team members accordingly.

AI Suggestions

The system identifies team members without a job description, then the AI, using their roles and your job description framework, identifies the job descriptions that best match the roles of your team members.
