# Invite a colleague to register for the session of their choice

## As a manager, you can ask the employee to choose their own session date from the options provided for the associated training.

Once the training request is approved in the **Needs Collection**, it transitions to the **Training Plan** section of your **Manager's space**, in the **To Register** tab.

Select a line to display the sidebar containing possible actions. Then click on the yellow button **"+ Register for a session"**.

A window opens to allow you to choose who will select the date and location of the session: the employee themselves, their manager, or you.

**💡Note:** Regardless of the method selected in the screenshot above, the line will move from the **To Register** tab to the **Session Selection in Progress** tab of the plan (unless you choose the session yourself as the Manager). Once the session is selected, the line will then move to the **Registered** tab.
