As a manager, you can ask the employee to choose their own session date from the options provided for the associated training.
Once the training request is approved in the Needs Collection, it transitions to the Training Plan section of your Manager's space, in the To Register tab.
Select a line to display the sidebar containing possible actions. Then click on the yellow button "+ Register for a session".
A window opens to allow you to choose who will select the date and location of the session: the employee themselves, their manager, or you.
💡Note: Regardless of the method selected in the screenshot above, the line will move from the To Register tab to the Session Selection in Progress tab of the plan (unless you choose the session yourself as the Manager). Once the session is selected, the line will then move to the Registered tab.
