When a training request is declined, the "rejected" status will be displayed in the manager's area, but the associated comment will not be visible to either the manager or the employee.
When you decline a training request from the Needs Collection in your Manager Area, no notification is sent to the employee and the manager involved, whether or not the request had been previously approved by the manager. However, in their Employee and Manager Areas, the status of the request will change to "Declined."
If a comment was added during the declination, it will be visible in the Needs Collection of the Manager Area, but not in the Employee or Manager Areas.
