Whether the program created is inter or intra, by default, it is not visible to the employees.
To create a program, go to the Company Catalog tab on the Programs page of your Manager Space. In the list of programs created, you can quickly view their visibility:
- Visibility on the portal column: The label Visible means that employees can see the program on the Portal page of their Employee Space, appearing in the results after entering a keyword in the search bar. The label Hidden means that this program is only visible in the Manager Space.
- Added to recommended training column: The label Yes means that employees can see the program in the Recommended Training section of the Portal page of their Employee Space. The label No means that the program is not present in this section.
