# How Does My Collaborator Space Work - Training?

## Your Skillup account allows you to make training requests, check the status of your ongoing requests, and view your training history.

Different tabs are available in the **Training** section of your Skillup account: Portal, Training, and My Profile.

In the **Portal** tab, the search bar allows you to find the training that suits you from among the 60,000 trainings listed in Skillup. Before this search, we recommend you check out the **recommended training** section, which gathers

the trainings selected by your company's HR department.

By clicking on a training, the blue button **"+ Training Request"** will allow you to create a request for this training, which will be approved by your manager and then by your HR team.

In the **Training** tab, you will find:

- The HR team's requests for selecting a training session in the gray banner **Registration in progress**. Click the "+ Register" button to make your selection.
- Your training requests below in the **Request History** section, each with a status: waiting for manager approval, waiting for HR approval, registered, declined, etc.

The **My Profile** tab allows you to view your history of completed trainings.
