What happens after I decline a request?

As a manager, you evaluate training requests from your team members before they are assessed by HR.

As a reminder, your team's training requests can be found in the Pending Actions section of the Training tab.

If you decline a training request, it will then appear in the Request History table on the same page, with the status Declined.

The employee will be able to view the "Declined" status of their request in their space but will not be notified by email at the time of the refusal and will not have access to your comments or the reason for the refusal (Manager or HR Department).

💡Note: If necessary, the HR team has the rights to retrieve a declined request to integrate it into the training plan.
