Multiple Skill Development Plans can coexist and be managed simultaneously in Skillup. However, at any given moment, there can only be one Active Plan.

The Active Plan is the one that:

  • Is automatically updated with new training requests submitted by employees and managers via the portal
  • Is automatically updated if you enroll an employee directly from an Intra session (View Manager --> Training --> Sessions), without the linking line to the training having been previously created in the Plan 

The creation and activation of a new Plan are handled by Skillup. To carry out one of these actions, you can simply request it from your dedicated contact 😊
