Concluding an Interview Campaign

We recommend completing your interview campaigns before launching your campaigns for the following year (N+1).

Closing an interview campaign allows for the following:

  • The objectives set for the upcoming period during the campaign to be carried over as objectives to be evaluated in the next campaign, even if the interviews are not signed.
  • Prevents team members and evaluators from editing the interviews, even if they have not signed their interviews.
  • By default, it removes the interviews contained within it from view in employee and manager spaces (they will still have the option to select closed campaigns to display the interviews).

To close a campaign: go to the Interviews > Interview Monitoring section of the left menu, click on the relevant campaign, and then click on the three dots at the top right of the page. Then select the "+ Close the campaign" option from the displayed menu.

💡Note: In the case of a "classic" interview campaign, the campaign cannot be closed until the day after the campaign end date (also known as the Signature Deadline) specified.
