What Is the Job Page About?

What is the "Careers" page? How does this page work?

The Skills module enables you to activate the Careers page for your employees: this page offers them the opportunity to explore all the job descriptions within your company (except for those you have chosen to hide).

By activating this feature, you can also opt to display:

• The employees associated with each job description

• The "Matching Positions" section

This option allows your employees to identify job descriptions similar to theirs, review them, become aware of the required skills, and possibly identify skills they need to develop if they are considering a job change.
