It is possible to register a list of collaborators for an in-house training session by uploading an Excel file containing the list of participants.
To register a list of participants for a session (past or upcoming):
- Once the session is created from the "Training" > "Sessions" section
- Select the session by clicking on the corresponding row to display the sidebar
- Click on "+ Register a participant"
- In the add participants modal, select "+ Import from a file"
- Select the file to upload to load the list of participants to register
💡 File format: The Excel file to be uploaded for adding a list of participants should contain only one column with the email addresses of the participants to be registered (one email address per cell).
For the addition of a participant to work:
- The participant must already exist in Skillup
- The email* in the file must match the email recorded in the Skillup database and must not contain any uppercase letters
*If participants do not have an email address, you will need to upload the value contained in the "email" column from your participant database exported from Skillup.
