# Blocking the Submission of an Evaluation

## It is possible to block the sending of evaluation reminder emails for completed training sessions.

Today, Skillup allows administrators to block the sending of reminder emails to invite participants to evaluate their training if the training status is "Completed".

To do this:

- Go to your **Manager Area** \> **Training Plan** Section \> **Completed** Tab
- Select the line for which you want to block evaluation reminders
- The "**+ Other Actions**" button will allow you to access the "**+ Cancel Evaluation**" button

This action will prevent future emails from being sent to the participant for this training.

💡 **Note:** When creating an internal session, you have the option to uncheck the box below to prevent evaluations from being sent to the participants of that session.
