# When should I share my interview with my manager?

## There's no specific rule regarding sharing your interview in Skillup; it all depends on how your company or team operates.

As long as your interview has not been shared, all of your entered responses are only visible to you. It is up to you to decide when to share the content of your interview with your evaluator, based on the guidelines recommended by your company and/or your evaluator.

Generally, the content of the interview is shared prior to the date of the face-to-face meeting, or at the latest, during that exchange.

**💡Note:** As a reminder, the sharing of the interview is done at the final step of its preparation.
