# What Happens Once I Submit a Request?

## A training request approved by a manager will be sent to the HR department for evaluation.

As a reminder, your team's training requests can be found in the **Pending Actions** section of the **Training** tab.

If you approve this training request, it will then move to the **Request History** table on the same page, with the status **Pending HR Approval**.

**💡Note:** once the HR team's decision is made, the status will automatically change to **Approved** or **Declined**, according to their decision.
