# Approve/Reject Mass Requests?

## In your Manager space, you can manage multiple requests at once.

In the **Training** tab, the **"Pending Actions"** section allows you to quickly view and make decisions on requests from your team members. However, each request will need to be processed individually.

To handle multiple requests at once, you can go to the **"Request History"** section on the same page. Filter for the status **To be decided** in the **Status** column of the table, then check the relevant rows. The **"+ Reject"** and **"+ Accept"** buttons will then appear to the right above the table.

After clicking on one of these two buttons, the inputs entered in the manager's arbitration form will be associated with each of the selected rows.
