# Update Educational Costs in the Plan

## It is possible to adjust the educational cost of a line item in the Plan. Depending on the type of line item, the method will differ.

You have the authority to edit the field "**Educational Cost Excl. Tax**" or "**Educational Cost Incl. Tax**" (depending on whether your company is set up to work with excl. or incl. tax) in a line of the Plan.

However, the process will differ depending on the type of line in question:

- **If it is Intra-company Training**:
    - You will need to modify the total cost of the session so that the amount per line gets recalculated.
- **If it is Inter-company Skillup Training (program linked to the Skillup catalog)**:
    - The amount can then be directly edited from the Side Panel field of your Plan.

💡 If you do not see this field appear in the Side Panel of your Plan, we recommend contacting your dedicated Skillup representative to have it added 😉

- **If it is an "Outside Skillup" line**:
    - The amount—as well as other information related to the training—can be edited from the "**+ Other Actions**" \> "**Edit**" button.
