# What do the statuses In Preparation, Shared, Ready for Signature, and Completed correspond to?

## Each of your interviews will go through different phases based on the actions taken by you and/or your evaluator.

The **Interviews** section of your Skillup account is divided into 4 columns corresponding to the different stages of the interview process:

 

**💡Note:** when the HR team archives the interview campaign, your interview associated with this campaign will no longer appear by default. You can find it again by clicking on the dropdown menu above the columns and selecting **"+ All Archived Interviews"**.
