# How to Switch from My Manager View to My Collaborator View?

## Even as a manager at Skillup, you have access to an Employee Space to manage your own reviews and training requests.

From your **Manager space**, there is a dropdown menu located at the top left of your Skillup account, allowing you to access your **Collaborator space** and switch between spaces whenever you wish.

**💡Note:** It is also through this dropdown menu that you can access your **Manager space** if this role has been assigned to you.
