# Suggestions for Collaborator Associations - Job Descriptions

## This feature uses AI 🤖 to assist in assigning job descriptions to employees without a position by generating relevant suggestions based on the employee's roles.

#### **📍** Where to Find Suggestions?

Access suggestions in the **Skill** \> **Reference** \> **Collaborators** tab. If suggestions are available, a banner at the top of the page will indicate the total number of suggestions to be processed.

#### **⚙️** How Do Suggestions Work?

The system identifies collaborators without a job description, then the AI, using their roles and **your job description reference system**, identifies the job descriptions closest to the roles of your collaborators.

#### **👀** View and Manage Suggestions

When you click on the suggestion banner, a **window** opens, displaying all the suggestions grouped by role. For each suggestion, you have several options:

- **Accept the job description for the whole group**: you can assign the suggested job description to all collaborators of the corresponding group.
- **Modify the job description to which the group will be attached**: you can select another job description for all collaborators in the group.
- **Decline the suggestion for the group**: if the suggestion does not meet the need, you can decline it for the whole group.
- **Customize the job description for each collaborator**: You also have the option to change the proposed job description for each collaborator individually.

#### **❓** What Happens If a Suggestion Is Declined?

If a suggestion is declined for a group of collaborators, it will no longer be displayed.

However, if new job descriptions are created that potentially match the roles of collaborators without a job description, a new suggestion will be automatically generated.

⚠️ All suggestions are regenerated every morning. So, if changes are made to the reference system (e.g., creation of new job descriptions), **you will have to wait until the next day to receive new suggestions.**

### Find Declined Suggestions

To review previously declined suggestions, a **"X Declined Suggestions"** button is available at the bottom of the page. You can click on it to view the history of rejected suggestions and reconsider them if necessary.
