# Request for Training

## From your Skillup account, you can submit training requests that will be approved by your manager and the HR department.

In the **Portal** tab, you can access the courses available in Skillup through the search bar or by viewing the recommended courses.

Once you click on a course, you will find all the associated information: description, reviews, upcoming sessions.

The blue button **"+ Request Training"** allows you to submit a request for the desired course by completing the form that appears in a window. This request will then be approved by your manager and subsequently by your HR department.

**💡Note:** Depending on the operation of your HR department, the blue button **"+ Request Training"** may not be visible throughout the year. For more information, please contact your HR department directly.
