# Reset a Team Member's Password

## Reminder: The password login method is reserved for employees without a professional email address or those external to your company (not listed in your SSO directory).

From your admin space, you have the ability to reset the passwords for your colleagues for whom this mode of login has been set up.

To do this, go to your **Manager Space \> Configuration \> Platform Administration** \> *Select the colleague whose password needs to be reset* \> and click on the **"+ Reset Password"** button.

The temporary password to be given to the colleague will be displayed, and you'll have the option to download their credentials in PDF format to send to them.

💡 Affected colleagues will need to choose their new password during their first login.

If the password is forgotten, you can generate a new temporary password for them, which they will need to reset during their next login.
