Your employee database updates with each import. However, you can also deactivate an employee without waiting for the next import.
Employee access management is found under Configuration > Platform Administration > Connection Mode. In the list of employees, search for the relevant employee using the search bar. Then, click on the three dots at the end of the line and select "+ Revoke access to Skillup".
A "disabled" tag will then appear in the "Connection Type" column to confirm the success of this action.
💡Note: A disabled employee can be manually reactivated by clicking on the three dots again and selecting "+ Restore access to Skillup".
