Reactivate a Team Member

To reactivate an employee who has been deactivated from your online workforce database in Skillup.

To reactivate an employee, please follow these steps:

From your Manager Space, go to the Settings section > Platform Administration > Connection Mode.

Search for the employee to reactivate by entering their name in the search engine or by filtering the table.

The employee will appear with the connection type marked as "Disabled."

Click on the three dots to the right of the line to access the action button "+ Restore Access to Skillup".
