Customize the recommended training offers according to the targeted audience.
To offer training programs differentiated by population (employee groups), you can get in touch with your dedicated Skillup contact by specifying:
- The list of groups (portals) and the names of the groups to be configured
- The rule to determine which group each employee in the workforce database should belong to.
These elements will allow them to set up distinct groups and communicate the rule to our Data teams for automation at the time of your database import, ensuring each employee is assigned to the appropriate portal.
💡 Note: We recommend not multiplying the number of groups excessively, as this will result in more offers to build and maintain :)
