The interview framework corresponds to the structure of the interview that will be visible to the participants of the campaign.
Summary
Create the framework
In the section Interviews > Interview frameworks of your Manager space, click on the yellow button "+ Create a new framework". You will then need to enter a name for this framework and select the type. It's also possible to choose an existing framework as a template.
Click on the blue button "+ Create the framework" to access the framework editor. Two sections are already present: "Introduction" and "Sharing and signing". In the introduction block, you can modify the introductory text and the information displayed about the employee and the evaluator.
Insert content
Between these two elements, you can insert all the necessary elements for your framework, starting with the structure: click on "+ Add the first section" and give it a title.
Once the section is added, you can then click on the button "+ Add a block" to build your interview framework by selecting elements from this list:
- Structural elements: section and subsection corresponding to the structure of your framework, which participants will see on the left side of their interview.
- Informative texts: title and info text to help format and guide participants in completing the interview.
- Interview questions: open question, table to fill... for which one or more responses (or comments) from participants are expected.
- Dynamic content: elements imported into Skillup or present in other modules of Skillup Training and Skills. The associated information about the employee will then be visible in their interview.
For each block, it will be possible to modify the settings as well as the response and comment rights of the participants. Here is an example of the Open Question block:
Reorganize the structure
Once several blocks have been added, on the left side of your screen, you can change their order. Click on the relevant block, subsection, or section and then drag it to the desired place in the framework structure.
Handle errors
Error tracking allows you to ensure the coherence of the framework. Click on the red icon at the top of your screen, then click on the error to be directly redirected to the relevant block.
Save and preview
It is very important to regularly click the "+ Save changes" button located at the top right of your screen to ensure all modifications are recorded.
It is also crucial to preview the outcome of your work from both the employee's and the manager's perspectives to verify the framework’s functionality for the interview campaign participants. To do this, click on the three dots at the top right of the screen and then on "+ Preview...".
