# An Obsolete Goal Resurfaces in a Conversation, What to Do?

## As the maintenance manager, you can change the status of a goal and mark it as obsolete.

In the assessment block used to evaluate objectives, click the three dots next to the relevant objective, then click on **"+ Mark as Obsolete".**

A window will appear informing you of the impact of this action. Click on the **"+ Confirm"** button.

**💡Note:** 

- In the current assessment, the objective will no longer need to be evaluated and will not be included in the calculation of the overall achievement rate.
- The objective will no longer appear in subsequent assessments that contain an objective evaluation block. As a reminder, an objective created will reappear in the following assessment as long as it is not yet evaluated.
