# How to Customize Evaluation Criteria for People Review?

## How do you set up the criteria for evaluating employees?

There are 5 evaluation criteria for the People Review:

- Performance
- Potential
- Departure Risk
- Impact on Society
- Engagement

It is possible to customize the labels if they do not suit you, but it is not possible to create new ones. To customize the labels, please contact your preferred Skillup representative.
