# How to Customize the Rating Scale for the People Review?

## How do you set up the evaluation scale for the People Review?

It is possible to define multiple evaluation scales, potentially with a different number of levels and different level labels.

The default scale is as follows: Very High / High / Medium / Low / Very Low.

If the default evaluation scale does not suit you, please contact your designated representative at Skillup to customize your evaluation scales.
