# How to Add an Inter-Program to Your Catalog

## Reference inter-programs from the company catalog if the training is not available in the Skillup catalog.

To add an inter-program, go to **Training \> Programs \> Add a Program**, then select **+ "Register a New Inter-Program"**

**You have two options:**

- **Pre-fill your program using AI:**
  
  By entering a URL or importing a PDF file, the program fields will be automatically pre-filled. You can then review and adjust the information before confirming it.
- **Manually complete the program:**

⚠️ To allow collaborators and managers to find this training in the search engine, you must select the option **+ "Display this training in the portal"** in the **Program Options** section.
