How is the real-time evaluation score calculated?

Below is the guideline for converting employees' immediate feedback into scores.

Here is the breakdown of converting the immediate feedback evaluations completed by your team members into scores:

1- Response/Score Conversion


The responses to the questions evaluated using the rating scale below are converted into a score out of 5 according to the following details:

  • Strongly agree = 5
  • Somewhat agree = 4
  • Neither agree nor disagree = 3
  • Somewhat disagree = 2
  • Strongly disagree = 1

The scores are multiplied by 2 to calculate the category scores and the overall score*

2- Details of Score Calculation for Immediate Feedback Evaluations

 

Overall Score Calculation: average of the score from the first question and the categories "Organizational Quality," "Facilitation Quality," and "Content Quality"

Thus, the overall score is equal to [Q1 + (average of Q2 and Q3) + (average of Q4 and Q5) + Q6] /4

*This score is rounded to 0.1.
