1- Response/Score Conversion
The responses to the questions evaluated using the rating scale below are converted into a score out of 5 according to the following details:
- Strongly agree = 5
- Somewhat agree = 4
- Neither agree nor disagree = 3
- Somewhat disagree = 2
- Strongly disagree = 1
The scores are multiplied by 2 to calculate the category scores and the overall score*

Overall Score Calculation: average of the score from the first question and the categories "Organizational Quality," "Facilitation Quality," and "Content Quality"
