# Exporting an Interview

## From the campaign tracking page, you can export the details of a single employee's review in PDF format.

In the **Interviews \> Follow-up on Interviews** section of the left menu, click on the relevant campaign and then on the three dots at the end of the line for the corresponding interview. Select the option **"+ Export Interview (PDF)"** from the displayed menu.

**💡 Note:** The responses of the collaborator and the evaluator will only appear if they have already been shared.

The interviews for a collaborator can also be accessed directly on the collaborator's page, which is available from the **Collaborators** section of the left menu. Search for the relevant collaborator, click on their name in the list, and go to the **Interviews** tab. The same export action will be possible via the three dots at the end of the line.
