When launching a new interview campaign, the first step is to select the type of campaign.
The type of campaign should be chosen based on your needs and the characteristics of the campaign you wish to launch:
- Interview Campaigns: for your interview campaigns, with a start date and an end date for the campaign. Example: annual review campaigns.
- Automated Interviews: for interviews that need to be automatically generated on Day X after an imported date. Example: end-of-trial-period interviews generated on Day X after the hiring date.
- One-time Interviews: for interviews that address specific, occasional needs. Example: return-to-work interviews following a long absence.
