Desactivate a Team Member

The action of deactivating a collaborator allows for the removal of the collaborator from the database and revokes their access to their Skillup space.

To deactivate a team member:

  1. Go to your Manager's Space then click SettingsPlatform AdministrationLogin Mode.
  2. A search engine allows you to easily find the team member you wish to deactivate.
  3. Once found, the three small dots to the right of the line will allow you to access the action button "+ Revoke access to Skillup".

💡 Note: Team members who have left your company will be automatically deactivated during the next upload of your team member database in Skillup, as long as:

  • They are no longer present in the file sent to Skillup,
  • Or their contract end date indicates a date prior to the upload day.
