# Create an In-House Training Program

## Add an internal or in-house training program.

**To create an internal training program:**

1. Go to your **Manager Space**, then navigate to **Training \> Programs.**
2. Click the action button "**+ Add a program**" at the top right of your screen.

3. Select the option **Create an internal program** in the window that opens

4. Add the content of your program

💡 **Note**: The action button "**+ Create a program from the catalog**" at the top of the page allows you to use the content of a program from our partner organizations. You can customize the different content elements if needed.
