The signature of the interview finalizes its content, making it impossible to modify thereafter.
Before signing, all the content entered during the interview can be modified. Once you or the employee sign the interview, all its content is locked, even if the other party has not yet signed.
The other party will then be notified by email of the signature and invited to sign the interview as well:
💡Note: If any modifications need to be made to the signed interview, it is possible to request HR to reopen it. Both parties will then need to sign it again.
